Job Description
Education consultants play a key role in the sales process. You will have the opportunity to impact the growth of our business by supporting our sales team in engaging new students and keeping them with what we have to offer.
You will be reaching out to potential clients to find out what they’d like to learn. This is the perfect role for someone who is a people person, great communicator, competitive, hard-working, goal driven and a team player!
- Perform consultations with potential learners to understand their training needs
- Pursue sales opportunities to register learners for our range of SkillsFuture and WSQ classes
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service through the sales process, from course consultation to course completion
Note: This is a Full-Time position that we are currently hiring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and articulate the value proposition of our training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Knowledge of the Singapore SkillsFuture funding scheme and its benefits would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
