Instructor (Media, Marketing, Design)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Creative Industry Trainer at Hustle. Candidates will be required to possess either an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on design, media, and marketing topics for adult learners. Courses may include:
  • Photography
  • Videography
  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Graphic Design
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support the learning objectives of each session.
• Adapt training content to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of participants.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge sharing.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to help them enhance their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, media, and marketing to ensure training content remains current.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to review and update training materials regularly.
• Monitor participant progress and assess learning outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Support participants in applying their newly acquired knowledge and skills in practical settings.

Requirements

• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
• Enjoy training and teaching trainees to help develop their understanding of the subject matter
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to tailor training content to different learning styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with participants.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry software tools and platforms relevant to design, media, and marketing.
