General
*I give consent to Hustle and it's related Training Provider to use the personal data collected from me to be used to send information about student matters such as updates on courses, training purposes, pastoral care services etc.
* I understand that my contact information will be shared with Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG) as part of the Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM) initiative.
* I give consent to Hustle and it's related Training Providers to use the photographic images, and videos etc. collected from me to be used by Hustle as well as relevant third parties such as SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) etc for marketing, promotional events and activities. I may withdraw my consent by writing to Hustle at [email protected].

Course Deposit
* A $30.00 deposit is required to secure your registration for the selected course.
* The deposit is non-refundable unless a valid reason for cancellation is provided. Valid reasons for refund consideration may include:
- Medical Certificate
- Reservist notification (SAF100)
- Court Attendance notification
- Covid-19: Picture of ART Test positive test kit with current date
- Bereavement of immediate family  members (parents, parents-in-law, siblings, spouse and children)

Cancellation Disclaimer
* Hustle and it's related Training Providers reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Course Schedule, change the Trainer or Course Fee without prior notice. However, we will use our utmost effort to inform respective Students of any changes within 5 working days before the class commencement date. The terms and conditions set may be modified or amended without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class, not limited to the following circumstances:
* Class does not meet the minimum enrollment number.

* Trainer is hospitalized or not fit for duty and Hustle and it's related Training Providers is not able to find a suitable replacement

Hustle Institute is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee or provide employment. Hustle Institute is not responsible for securing any job placement before, during, or after the course.

2. English Language Proficiency

I confirm that I am able to read and understand basic English.

3. Purpose of Course Enrolment

I am enrolling in this course for one or more of the following reasons:

- To improve skills for better work performance
- To prepare for promotion or higher responsibilities
- To enhance employability or career opportunities
- To acquire foundational knowledge or skills
- To qualify for further learning or advanced courses
- Other personal or professional development reasons

4. Course Requirements & Commitments

I acknowledge that I have been informed of and understand:

- The course outline, modules, duration, and fee structure
- The requirement to achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for every module
- The training location and delivery mode
- The payment methods available (e.g. SkillsFuture Credit, NETS)
- Any applicable registration or administrative fees
- The terms and conditions related to Training Commitment Awards (if applicable)

5. Personal Data Protection & Marketing Consent

By submitting this registration, I consent to Hustle Institute Pte. Ltd., its related companies, appointed agents, authorized service providers, and relevant third parties collecting, using, and disclosing my personal data for the purposes of:

- Course administration and enrolment processing
- Compliance with regulatory and funding requirements
- Communication of course-related updates
- Marketing and promotional information relating to Hustle Institute’s programs and services

I understand that my personal data will be handled in accordance with Hustle Institute’s Privacy Policy and PDPA obligations, and that I may withdraw consent in accordance with applicable laws.

Course Completion & Assessment Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that to successfully complete the course, I am required to attend at least 75% of the total training duration and complete the required assessment(s). I understand that only learners who meet both the attendance and assessment requirements will be issued a Certificate of Completion.
