  • Identify different food and workplace safety and health requirements.
  • Apply positive kitchen communication within a bakeshop.
  • Operate different bakeshop tools and equipment for producing basic loaves of bread.
  • Demonstrate methods of preparing, shaping, proofing, baking, cooling and storing different basic loaves of bread.
  • Practice methods of reinstating work stations to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
