Workshop Overview
Peranakan cooking is the result of blending Chinese ingredients with various distinct spices and cooking techniques used by the Malay and Indonesian communities, the result of which is one of Southeast Asia’s most delicious and mouth-watering recipes.
But whipping out perfect Peranakan dishes are no simple feat, with the amount of preparation that goes behind the scenes, it’s no surprise that not many have mastered the art of cooking Peranakan cuisine. That’s where this workshop comes in.
In this 3-day Peranakan masterclass, you will learn to master a variety of dishes ranging from basic to advanced, such as:
